Ultrasound Screenings

Ultrasound screenings are safe and painless. Screenings are performed by highly trained professional sonographers and examined by our board certified Cardiovascular Radiologist.

Physician-directed recommendations for medical follow up are provided to employees to encourage actionable items in order to improve health.

We save lives by preventing individuals from unnecessarily suffering from heart disease, cancer and stroke.

Although cardiovascular disease and cancer are the leading causes of death and disability in the United States, these diseases can be prevented or treated most effectively when detected early. Longevity’s Early Detection Screening package identifies the greatest health threats we face and help to fill a vital gap in our healthcare system.

We provide concierge medical service by bringing healthcare professionals to the workplace.

Longevity’s mobile screenings are convenient and highly recommended by leading physicians. Unfortunately, most Americans do not have access to these life-saving preventive screenings. Find out if you are at risk by taking the opportunity to get screened.

Early Detection Screenings can be purchased individually or as part of a discounted employee package.

Cardiovascular/Stroke Screenings

Anatomical image of human heart.

Evaluates cardio function to detect early signs of heart disease and prevent heart attack using digital ultrasound.

This screening is performed with color flow imaging, which takes moving pictures of the heart. This non-invasive and painless method detects congenital abnormalities, access for pericardial effusion, and intra-cardiac tumors. It also measures ventricular and atrial size/function, aortic root size and evaluates all cardiac valves for stenosis and regurgitation.

Anatomical image of human carotid arteries.

Detects early signs of stroke by looking inside the main arteries of the neck to examine any build-up of fatty plaque or clot formations.

Carotid arteries transport oxygenated blood to the brain and 80% of strokes arise from a blockage in a carotid artery. This screening is painless and non-invasive.

Anatomical image of human aorta.

Evaluates symptoms of an aortic aneurysm using ultrasound.

An aortic aneurysm can result in a rupture in the aorta, producing catastrophic bleeding and usually causes death. Early Detection and treatment is by far the most effective means of avoiding these dire consequences. Unfortunately, most aortic aneurysms do not produce noticeable symptoms or provide warning signs.

Cancer Screenings

Uses digital ultrasound to detect tumors, cysts and abnormalities in the liver, kidneys, pancreas*, gallbladder and spleen.

Many cancers that develop in the abdominal area are very dangerous and often fatal. This painless and non-invasive screening provides an accurate assessment of abdominal cancers and other abnormalities, often years before the symptoms would be otherwise detected.

*Portions of the pancreas are not visible through ultrasound.

Anatomical image of human thyroid.

Detects abnormal nodules in the thyroid gland to identify cancerous growths at the earliest possible stage.

Although nodules may appear in the thyroid that do not pose a risk, certain nodule characteristics may indicate the presence of thyroid cancer. The early detection of problematic nodules significantly increases treatment effectiveness and positive outcomes.

Anatomical image of human colon.

An in-home test that yields immediate results.

This FDA-approved fecal occult blood test is given to participants who choose a screening package. It is used in many major hospitals to detect pre-symptomatic hidden intestinal tract diseases including colorectal cancer. Administering this test is painless, non-invasive and can be done in the comfort of your own home.

NOTE: Adults 50 years of age and older should have regular colonoscopies. The EZ Detect test kit and other fecal occult blood tests is a supplement to (not a replacement for) these colonoscopies.

Complimentary with screening package

Optional Screenings

Uses ultrasound to detect tumors, cysts, fibroids, and other abnormalities in the uterus, ovaries and endometrium.

This screening is offered to address the pelvic cancer concerns of women. Performed in modest, painless and non-invasive manner, the Pelvic Ultrasound provides an accurate assessment of pelvic cancers and other abnormalities.
